STRETCHER TRANSPORTATION FOR DIALYSIS
Impact EMS, Inc. provides professional stretcher transportation services for dialysis for MWF and TTS for Davita, Fresenius, and US Renal Care.

HOSPITAL DISCHARGES,
DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS, HOME RELOCATIONS, ETC.
HOSPITAL DISCHARGES:
Upon a hospital's request we can provide stretcher transportation for a patient being discharged. We can transport to anywhere in Georgia.
DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENTS:
All your appointment needs from vascular, podiatry, surgery follow-ups, to dentist visits. If insurance doesn’t cover it, we do accept self-pay. This service is limited to appointments in Cobb County and surrounding areas.

NURSING HOME & HOSPICT TRANSFERS:
​If you are a nursing home requiring a patient transfer to another facility we are here for you.

HOME RELOCATIONS:
If you need to be transported from one residence to another requiring a stretcher we can help, even if it is to surrounding states.

We may be able to accommodate other insurance companies upon verification. We do not accept Medicaid.

If the patient has Medicare, because of their strict guidelines, we must have a recent H&P and PCS before first transport. We will be unable to begin transportation without these documents.

Self-Pay
We do also accept credit card or Zelle if your insurance will not cover a trip you need. Payment is due upon pick-up.
